I had a great experience working with this company! Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to sell as soon as possible. Someone came the same day because I was only in town for a few days. He was able to do a quick assessment of the house and was upfront and honest about what they could do. He outlined how the process worked, answered all of my questions, and gave me paperwork for how the process went. Every person I talked to from this company was polite and compassionate to my situation. Some offered to go above and beyond to get things completed due to my situation. It took about 30 days for me because of having the ex have to sign off on papers. It probably would have been faster if it weren’t for that. I am honestly very grateful for how streamlined and efficient they are and how well I was treated.

I wanted to retire and move to REMOVEDmajor obstacle, and a few smaller ones, blocked that path.I owned a home in Columbus that I would need to sell (which needed some small repairs), a house full of furniture I would need to dispose of (including landfill and recycling items) that would not be going to REMOVEDmarket my home with a realtor, identify and oversee any repairs, downsize, deal with movers and move 2300 miles seemed a little daunting.Another obstacle. I didnt have a place to move to. In early March, I got an unsolicited offer to buy my home from Central City Solutions. Their offer was intriguing. After inspecting my home, we agreed on a price and REMOVEDand REMOVEDadministered everything from there. Since I didnt know when I would be able to move to REMOVED, they offered to make their offer good for 6 months based on my capability to move out. REMOVEDsaid they would need 90 days to close, but that he would move it along as quickly as he could.Long story short, I made the move, everything worked out perfectly but none of that would have happened without REMOVEDand REMOVED, et. al. at Central City.Their offer kickstarted me to start the retirement journey. They did everything they said they would (including closing in approx. 60 days), they picked up the phone when I called or quickly returned a voice mail/text). They played no obvious delaying games.Overall, I was extremely pleased with the way they operated their business model. They offered what I called the Lift No Finger philosophy, which was a key factor I needed to individually project-manage my major life-phase change.Central City Solutions had a profound influence on my life beyond just buying and selling real estate; they unknowingly, perhaps, helped fulfill a dream 55 years in the making. Priceless.Ive never written an online review prior to now, however, CCS deserves to be the first, and maybe only, online review Ill ever do.

They gave me a cash offer on their first visit. This man is ruthless in trying to get you to sell your home. My fience passed and I let them know he was deceased. He tried every way in the world to try and get me to sell a home I have zero rights to. I truly believe he thought I was lying that I had no rights, and can do nothing with the property. The way he acted was just about desperate to buy a home for pennies on the dollar. He does not understand the Ohio Medicaid Estate Recovery. REMOVED. I sent him a copy of the Estate Recovery PDF and he said if I wanted help selling the home to let him know. This company does not understand a fiance has zero rights to sell a home under this policy. I let them know the State would be auctioning the home off to pay off his debts REMOVEDand other debts. It is not like I chose for this to happen. I would definitely not work with this company to sell anything. This company contacted me 2x trying to convince me that I am able to sell this home with zero legal right to do so.

Predatory lowball offer, deceptive predatory contractual practices. They passed their closing deadline and still tried to subvert me with an inspection loophole until then I offered to give inspection the next day. Now I see an affidavit on the county website. They don’t have a leg to stand on here. I was very explicit with them about that price only being good if my timeline was met. What’s even worse, they know that I’m trying to help an old mam survive on what he has left after being through a case of elderly abuse where he was being physically and financially abused.
